HR and Recruiting Coordinator

Growing and energetic private pay healthcare agency is looking for an HR and Recruiting Coordinator. This is an entry level position with significant growth potential! We are a positive, relationship-driven organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, able to pivot easily to changing priorities and have a positive, energetic, out-going personality.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain our consistent well-structured hiring process

· Complete administrative tasks and assist with answering phones

· Maintain HR files of employees per guidelines established

· Coordinate in-person interviews and perform and complete vetting processes

· Identify and establish relationships with community resources for new potential employees and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future hiring needs

· Coordinate closely with office staff on employee needs
