    Position Overview

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR / Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting operations, candidate management, and HR administrative functions. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

    The ideal candidate will assist with full-cycle recruiting activities, candidate coordination, onboarding support, and general HR administration while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

      Job Description

      Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

      • Support full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
      • Post job openings on recruiting platforms and job boards
      • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings
      • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
      • Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process
      • Manage recruiting databases, ATS systems, and candidate records
      • Conduct reference checks and assist with offer coordination

      HR Administration

      • Support onboarding and new hire documentation processes
      • Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation
      • Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and employee inquiries as needed
      • Support HR compliance and internal policy administration
      • Prepare HR reports and recruiting activity updates

      Communication & Coordination

      • Communicate with internal departments, hiring managers, and external candidates
      • Support employee engagement and HR-related projects
      • Coordinate orientation sessions and training schedules
      • Maintain confidentiality regarding employee and candidate information
      Qualifications
      • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
