Responsibilities

What Youll Do


As a Sales Producer, youll focus on growing the agency by:


Proactively identifying and contacting prospective clients

Quoting, presenting, and selling insurance products tailored to client needs

Building strong relationships that lead to long-term client retention

Following up on leads and referrals in a timely and professional manner

Cross-selling and upselling additional coverage when appropriate

Maintaining accurate documentation of sales activity and client interactions

Staying current on insurance products, pricing, and underwriting guidelines


Requirements

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to earn commissions and bonuses
