Project Overview

Our client is executing Epic Wave 2, a system-wide Epic go-live impacting inpatient surgical and perioperative services. The Epic OpTime Analyst will support operating room teams, surgical services, and perioperative staff during go-live and stabilization to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted surgical workflows.

This role provides hands-on, at-the-elbow support in high-acuity surgical environments during a critical implementation phase.

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide go-live and stabilization support for Epic OpTime during Wave 2

Support operating room and perioperative staff with surgical case workflows and documentation

Assist users with real-time troubleshooting, workflow guidance, and system navigation

Identify and escalate OpTime workflow, build, or integration issues

Collaborate with Anesthesia, ClinDoc, Scheduling, and other Epic application teams

Participate in command center operations, daily huddles, and issue tracking

Document issues, resolutions, and trends to support post–go-live stabilization

Ensure perioperative workflows align with Epic best practices and patient safety standards
