Customer Enrollment Representative

BVM Agency Inc is currently hiring motivated and outgoing individuals for an Entry-Level Customer Enrollment Representative position in the Merrillville area.

In this role, you'll work directly with customers inside retail locations and community-based promotional events, helping individuals learn about renewable energy programs and assisting eligible customers through the enrollment process. This is a face-to-face customer engagement position that offers paid training, ongoing mentorship, and advancement opportunities for individuals looking to build a long-term career in customer relations, sales, and leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers in retail and event-based environments
