Job description

Work Arrangement: Fully Remote (Applicants must reside in the United States)
Classification: Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based

Lead Support: Optional access to purchase compliant, pre-generated leads from our in-house marketing team

The Opportunity

We are currently expanding and looking for motivated, self-driven individuals to join our team as Virtual Insurance Consultants. In this role, you will guide clients through selecting life insurance and other financial protection solutions tailored to their needs. All interactions are conducted remotely, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S.

Who We’re Looking For
  • Must be based in the United States
  • At least 18 years old and able to pass a background check
  • Currently licensed in Life Insurance, or willing to obtain licensing (we provide guidance)
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Coachable and committed to personal and professional growth
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required
