Entry Level Office Assistant

Compensation: $19/hr.

Employment Type: Part-Time (Approximately 6 hours per day – Flexible Schedule)

HireFrontier is a growing staffing and recruitment firm seeking a dependable and organized Entry-Level Office Assistant to support our daily administrative and recruitment operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Respond promptly and professionally to candidate and client emails, inquiries, and follow-up communications.

  • Answer incoming phone calls with a courteous and professional attitude while directing calls appropriately.

  • Assist with scheduling interviews, updating candidate records, and supporting the recruitment team with daily administrative tasks.

  • Perform general office and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance.

  • Prepare and organize recruitment documents, onboarding paperwork, and other administrative materials.

  • Maintain accurate records and assist with database updates using company software and office applications.

  • Support the team with additional administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations.
