Are you a highly organized and dynamic producer with a passion for optimizing creative workflows? We are seeking a talented individual to join a pivotal team, where you will directly influence the efficiency and quality of how digital assets are managed and delivered. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by streamlining critical processes, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects that bring innovative digital experiences to life for users globally. Your expertise will be instrumental in bridging creative vision with technical execution, playing a central role in the success of future product releases.
What you'll do:
  • Act as the central traffic manager for all digital asset requests, establishing and refining an efficient project intake process.
  • Develop and maintain clear, reliable project status reporting, serving as the key liaison between stakeholders and production artists.
  • Conduct thorough audits and evaluations of current digital asset workflows and storage solutions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with technical services and asset management teams to implement common workflows, standardized file naming conventions, optimized storage solutions, and logical folder structures.
  • Create comprehensive user documentation and provide periodic training to stakeholders and partners on established processes and tools.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, unpredictable, and highly creative environment.
  • Deep familiarity with a wide range of digital media products and services across various operating systems.
  • A solid understanding of digital image and video file formats, coupled with proficiency in industry-standard design and creative suite software.
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions while maintaining a collaborative approach and communicating clearly and effectively.
  • A track record of fostering and implementing a high degree of organization and structure within creative teams, comfortable managing expectations at all levels.
  • Enjoys sharing ideas and presenting potential workflows and solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Degree in human interaction sociology, psychology, interaction design, visual design, or equivalent.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in user interface design or asset creation for digital displays.
  • Degree in management, PMP certification, or other experience in a technical producer or program manager role.
