Job description

Billboard Installer

Build, Climb & Make Your Work Stand Tall Hands-On, Tough, and Ready to Work Outdoors? This Role is for You.
Some people were built for offices. Others were made for the open sky. If you love working with your hands, solving problems on the fly, and taking pride in seeing a project stand tall - this is your chance to join a team that builds the biggest canvases in the world.

Who We Are

Meadow Outdoor Advertising is a trusted name in outdoor media throughout the Pacific Northwest. We don't just put ads up - we build the structures that carry them. Our team is dedicated to safety, craftsmanship, and keeping the tradition of billboard advertising strong.

We Are Hiring

We're hiring Billboard Installers - hard-working, safety-focused professionals who know how to climb, construct, and keep things running strong. If you're physically tough, mechanically skilled, and want a career where the view is always different (and often 100 feet up), keep reading.

What You'll Do

  • Safely install billboard vinyls, wood extensions, and advertising materials.
  • Climb structures, ladders, and platforms at heights up to 100 feet.
  • Build, maintain, and repair billboard structures: tighten bolts, paint steel, repair and replace faces, and more.
  • Keep sites clear, visible and in good order.
  • Operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
  • Document completed work with photos and digital records.
  • Travel regularly to installation sites across the region.

What's In It for You

  • **$20 hour starting pay** (based on experience).
  • **Full-time, steady work** with overtime opportunities.
  • **Hands-on training** and safety certifications.
  • **Work outdoors** with changing scenery every day.
  • **Career growth** in a stable, long-standing company.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary & Bonuses: Your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive salary and company-wide performance-based incentives.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance to keep you and your family healthy.
  • 401(k) Matching: Plan for your future with our retirement savings plan.
  • Profit Sharing: Participate in the company's growth through generous profit sharing.
  • Paid Time Off: Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with paid time off and holidays.
  • Amazing Culture: In 2025 Meadow is ranked as Oregon's #1 best place to work for a small business. We prioritize Family, Compassion, Independence, Truth and Detail. Join a collaborative and supportive team where your contributions are valued!

Are You a Fit?

  • Comfortable working at heights (up to 100 ft).
  • Strong mechanical or construction skills with hand tools.
  • Physically able to lift 85+ lbs, climb, and perform outdoor labor.
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience).
  • Employment offer is contingent upon passing a criminal and DMV background check.
