About the Role:
The Atlanta Gladiators are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Asset Management Intern to help maintain, organize, and improve our growing library of digital content.
From game-day photography and video to graphics, promotional materials, player content, and historical team media, the Gladiators have thousands of digital assets that need to be properly organized and easily accessible. This internship is perfect for someone who loves organization and digital media.
Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain the Atlanta Gladiators' digital asset library
  • Sort and categorize photos, videos, graphics, and other media into appropriate folders
  • Rename files using established naming conventions
  • Identify and flag duplicate, outdated, misplaced, or incorrectly labeled files
  • Maintain player, season, game, event, and promotional asset folders
  • Ensure assets are stored in the correct locations and are easy to find
  • Add and maintain relevant file information, including dates, players, games, events, and content categories
  • Assist with creating and maintaining a consistent digital asset management system
  • Help identify gaps in the current organization system and suggest improvements
  • Assist with preparing assets for social media, marketing, sponsorship, and promotional use
  • Maintain organization standards throughout the season as new content is added

What We're Looking For:
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working with large amounts of digital files
  • Strong computer and file-management skills
  • Able to follow naming conventions and organizational systems consistently
  • Good understanding of folders, file types, cloud storage, and digital media
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable handling repetitive organizational tasks without losing accuracy
  • Interest in sports, photography, videography, social media, marketing, or digital media is a plus
  • Previous experience with digital asset management, Google Drive, Dropbox, Adobe Bridge, Lightroom, DAM platforms, or similar tools is a plus, but not required
