We are seeking candidates who can:
Translate complex research, analysis, and operational inputs into clear, compelling visual artifacts
Design executive‑level briefings (PowerPoint‑heavy), one‑pagers, placemats, and decision‑support visuals for O‑6 / Flag / SES audiences
Create process flows, conceptual models, journey views, and visual syntheses from workshops and working sessions
Work comfortably in ambiguous, fast‑paced, government environments
Support multiple workstreams as a shared visual design resource
Strongly Preferred Backgrounds
Please prioritize candidates with experience in:
DoD, Navy, or federal programs
Strategy, consulting, decision‑support, analytics, or enterprise environments
Visualizing information for internal contractor and government leadership decision‑making, not external marketing
PowerPoint-based storytelling in addition to Adobe Creative Suite
Backgrounds to De‑Emphasize
