Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in demolition of buildings and structures according to safety and site specifications.
  • Perform manual labor such as lifting, moving, and clearing debris from job sites.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools (e.g., hammers, saws, drills) under supervision.
  • Help set up and dismantle job sites, including safety signage and barricades.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by clearing work areas regularly.
  • Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Attend safety training sessions and follow all jobsite safety regulations.
  • Support skilled tradespeople and assist wherever needed on site.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in general labor, demolition, or construction is a plus.
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods of time and work in all weather conditions.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and small power tools.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel to job sites across NC and SC during the workweek.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening in compliance with company policy.
  • Must have a clean background (must be able to access military/government job sites).
