Estamos buscando un Técnico de Reparación de Concreto con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo. La persona seleccionada realizará trabajos de restauración de concreto que requieren esfuerzo físico intenso en proyectos comerciales y de infraestructura. Las responsabilidades incluyen cincelado, esmerilado, reparación de grietas y daños estructurales en ambientes con mucho polvo y alta actividad. Los técnicos deben seguir estrictamente los procedimientos de seguridad, utilizar equipo de protección contra caídas y usar respiradores. Este puesto requiere viajar a diferentes obras en Nueva York y Nueva Jersey.

Responsabilidades
  • Realizar trabajos de reparación de concreto, incluyendo cincelado, esmerilado, parchado y reparaciones estructurales.
  • Utilizar herramientas manuales y eléctricas para trabajos de restauración de concreto.
  • Cumplir con las normas de seguridad en la construcción y usar el equipo de protección personal (PPE).
  • Trabajar en alturas utilizando sistemas de protección contra caídas.
  • Viajar a diferentes proyectos y obras dentro de Nueva York y Nueva Jersey.
  • Mantener una actitud de trabajo positiva y colaborar con un equipo compuesto principalmente por trabajadores hispanohablantes.
Requisitos Esenciales
  • Experiencia en trabajos pesados de concreto, incluyendo demolición, cincelado, reparación estructural y parchado de concreto.
  • Capacidad física para levantar peso, agacharse, arrodillarse y trabajar largas jornadas en condiciones exigentes.
  • Capacidad para leer y comunicarse en inglés.
  • Ser bilingüe (inglés/español) es una gran ventaja.
  • Experiencia utilizando martillos neumáticos (chipping guns), esmeriles (grinders) y herramientas de reparación de concreto.
  • Comodidad para usar un respirador de media cara (3M Serie 3000) y cumplir con los requisitos de ajuste. Debe estar afeitado en las áreas donde el respirador hace contacto con la piel.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
