Job description

Actividades principales:

  • Conducir el camión mezclador de concreto (mixer) de forma segura.
  • Transportar y entregar concreto en el proyecto asignado.
  • Operar el tambor mezclador durante el transporte y la descarga.
  • Realizar inspecciones básicas del vehículo antes y después de cada jornada.
  • Mantener el camión limpio y reportar cualquier novedad mecánica.
  • Cumplir con las normas de seguridad y tránsito, así como con los procedimientos de la empresa.

Company Description

Krea is a leader developer and constructor of low-middle-income single- family homes in central México. Founded in 2009, it has become a fully integrated developer, ranging from land acquisition and design to concrete manufacturing, construction with aluminum forms, sales, titling, post-sale, and community creation. The company is based in Mexico City and is currently operating in four different states. Actually we are in USA in multifamily residential projects.
Alone and with institutional investors (local and US based), Krea has invested, developed and constructed eleven large scale horizontal for sale projects. For a total of 13,167 units, four developments are finished and completely titled, six are under development and one will break ground during the first semester of 2023.
Casas Krea is fully committed with the environment, becoming the world's first zero carbon project certified under the International Finance Corporation's (IFC) Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies (EDGE) program with energy savings of over 40%.
