24Restore is an industry leading restoration company in Ramsey, MN. We specialize in emergency clean up restoration caused from Fire, Water, Mold, Biohazard & Storms. Position Summary:

As a member of the mitigation team, you will work directly side by side with the environmental project manager at job sites: residential and commercial job sites. Perform a demo and clean up of structure: using hand or power tools and appropriate hazard equipment. Measuring, shaping and cutting material, setting up and tracking dry out equipment and performing a full walk through of the process through communication with home owners. Ensures quality inspection of finished work.

Requirements for Water Damage Lead:

  • Must be able to respond quickly for emergency situations, candidates should live in or close to Anoka County area.
  • Must have be able to perform basic carpentry skills on interior Demo
  • Must have a valid Driver's License with clear driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Must be available for occasional overtime, sometimes on an emergency basis (ON CALL) & holidays on a rotating schedule.
  • Must be able to lift 50 Lbs. in repetition.
  • Willingness to work outside in varying temperatures and elements, should you be assigned exterior responsibilities; such as, framing, window installation, and deck building. Some exceptions - by jobs.
  • Must be able to work in a team setting

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5pm (or until done)
