Pawfect Shine is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Milwaukee. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping pet owners, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a professional pet grooming business.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule, confirm, and update customer appointments
  • Check pets in and out for grooming services
  • Collect and process customer payments
  • Maintain accurate customer and appointment information
  • Keep the reception and customer areas organized and welcoming
  • Assist with general customer service and daily salon operations as needed
