Job description

Leonโ€™s is currently looking for a Full Time Customer Service Associate to oversee that excellent after-sale service is provided to customers, to liaise and advocate for customers when dealing with third-party repair and service organizations, to maintain an organized system of files on open customer service issues, to promote and maintain service standards and to provide training and support to other service associates.

Responsibilities:

  • Train new service associates and to provide ongoing training where required
  • Assist customers by phone, in-person or by email with service requests
  • Set and confirm repair tech appointments with customers
  • Follow up with customers and vendors on overdue parts
  • Complete inspections on all Exchanges or upon customer request
  • Schedule deliveries of Exchanges & Credit Memos
  • Authorize gift certificates, discounts and credits to customers to keep โ€œas-isโ€ (within specific parameters)
  • Enter Exchanges, Credit Memos, Sales and Reselections
  • Follow up on overdue work orders, Credit Memos, repairs and parts
  • Performing various other duties, as assigned

Compensation:

The starting hourly rate for this position is $17.85.
