The Opportunity:

Pillway is seeking an entry level Customer Engagement Specialist to support the growth of our pharmacy services. This is a Full Time - 3 Month Contract. This role is suited to individuals who demonstrate professionalism, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous development. Pillway maintains a performance driven environment where employees are supported through structured feedback, clear expectations, and opportunities for advancement based on merit.

The successful candidate will work on site in Brampton and will be responsible for contacting warm leads from our customer retargeting lists. The primary objective is to engage prospective customers, provide accurate information regarding prescription transfers, and facilitate a smooth transition to our pharmacy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed established monthly and quarterly performance targets.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally while addressing customer questions and concerns.

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.

  • Respond effectively to changes in quotas, workflows, and operational priorities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.

  • Demonstrate accountability for individual performance and adherence to established processes.

  • Continuously refine communication and outreach strategies to improve performance.

  • Uphold a high level of professionalism in all customer communications.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in customer facing interactions.

  • Self driven with a high level of accountability for individual results.

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, performance focused environment.

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and competitor activities

  • Full time 3 month contract, on site availability in Brampton, Monday to Friday.
