Job description

Immediate opening for a junior to midlevel corporate attorney for a dynamic and growing Dallas based stock transfer agent and fund administrator. Successful candidates will review securities transactions for compliance with federal securities laws as well as assist in managing overall compliance program. You will also work directly with regulators including the US SEC and FINRA. In addition, general legal duties include contract review, assistance with corporate legal matters and occasionally managing small document productions. Successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing client capital offerings and liaising with client’s senior management and outside advisors on IPOs, secondary offerings, corporate actions and proxy campaigns and will assist managing cash distributions to security holders. Great entry level position with immediate client contact and significant potential for growth. Ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask while managing multiple priorities and learning the securities industry. Reliable and driven individuals that are computer literate, have strong communication and problem-solving skills and are team players looking for a dynamic career are encouraged to apply.
