This candidate will support attorneys in all phases of client engagements, including legal research, due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and participating in client communications. Additionally, candidates should have a strong academic history and excellent written and verbal communication skills; they should also be highly detail oriented. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
