Job Description

The Entry Level Client Coordinator will work with our experienced and knowledgeable Client Coordinator team. Each new additional Client Coordinator will be assigned a personal trainer and one client to become familiarized with, along with all of their promotions. The Client Coordinator will go to all client and sales meetings during the week in the office and then travel to new potential customers to discuss our client's promotions. Our company thrives on our team-focused culture. Therefore, we need someone motivated to contribute to the team and help our business thrive by going to networking events, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and continuing to participate in all of our ongoing training courses.

Client Coordinator's Essential Duties:

  • Research each client assigned and stay up-to-date on other competitors to maintain our influence within the industry.
  • Get to know each territory assigned to understand the demographics and potential new customers.
  • Network with other Client Coordinators and Managers to help with professional growth.
  • Work with customers face-to-face and talk with them to learn what they need.
Qualifications
