A Remote Role Where You Can Build Real Sales Experience

Looking for a remote position where you can develop valuable communication and sales skills without needing years of experience?

AO Globe Life is hiring Entry-Level Client Sales Representatives to work with individuals who have requested information about their available benefits. You’ll speak directly with clients, understand what they’re looking for, answer questions, and help them move through the next steps.

You don’t need a background in insurance or sales to get started. Our training and mentorship are designed to help new team members learn the process, become comfortable with client conversations, and develop professionally.

Your Day-to-Day

In this role, you will:

  • Speak with clients through scheduled phone and virtual appointments
  • Learn about each client’s needs and questions
  • Present relevant benefit options in a clear and easy-to-understand way
  • Help clients compare available options and make informed decisions
  • Assist with applications and enrollment when appropriate
  • Follow up with clients and maintain professional communication
  • Keep client information and activity organized
  • Participate in coaching, training, and virtual team meetings
  • Develop your communication, sales, and client relationship skills
