Compensation & Benefits
  • Earnings: $65,000 $85,000+ in your first year (Starting base draw, uncapped commission, bonuses)
    Pay Structure: Weekly base draw during ramp-up, then ongoing commissions and incentives

  • Support Provided:

    • State licensing support & reimbursement

    • CRM access, marketing tools, and structured training

    • Quarterly & annual incentives (cash bonuses, trips, recognition)


Schedule & Work Environment
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional weekend flexibility)

  • Work Environment: In-person, business-to-business (B2B) sales within your local area
