Centrally located Livingston New Jersey Real Estate Appraisal firm is looking to fill a full time entry level position as a Real Estate appraiser Trainee/ Apprentice. Job entails but is not limited to: Assisting the appraiser in the inspection of real estate properties and creating reports for valuation purposes. Opportunity for growth and advancement. Must have a four Year college degree, good analytical background, and be organized, accurate and efficient. High comfort level using a computer is required with knowledge of Microsoft Office products a plus. Real Estate Appraiser Trainee license preferred. Must have reliable vehicle for transportation.
