Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Investor Relations Associate to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for a junior or senior business student eager to gain hands-on experience in investment management, investor relations, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Follow-up & Nurture Investor Pipeline: Engage with potential investors, track communications, and provide timely follow-ups to maintain relationships and build trust.
* Conduct Initial Investor Consultations: Set up and conduct introductory meetings with investors, clearly articulating our investment strategies and opportunities.
* Lead Generation & Outreach: Attend networking events, industry conferences, and company-sponsored functions to represent APEX CAPITAL GROUP and generate investor leads.
* Investor Communication: Assist in drafting emails, newsletters, and reports to keep investors informed about ongoing projects and opportunities.
* Database Management: Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and update CRM tools to track engagement and follow-ups.
* Market Research & Industry Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to enhance investor conversations.
* Workload is 10-20 hours per week
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
* Currently enrolled in a junior or senior year of a Business, Finance, Economics, or related program.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to networking and relationship building.
