Writing QA test artifacts, i.e. test scripts, test plans, defects; test completion reports (scorecards) and release reports, risk analysis, etc.
Working with automated and manual test tools, i.e. Rally, Test Link, Jira, Test Rails, QTP, Jmeter, or other test tool.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and interacting with product development, marketing and support roles to deliver quality product on schedule.Â
Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written): ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical coworkers.Â
