About the Role
You will build trusted relationships across leading analyst firms, advise executives on analyst strategy, guide company positioning around major product and corporate milestones, and translate analyst insight into strategic recommendations for the business. This role requires executive presence, exceptional communication skills, deep cybersecurity industry knowledge, and a strong understanding of how analyst firms shape markets.
**This is a remote role based in the US, requiring availability during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.**
About Zenity
Zenity is the leader in AI Agent Security and the first company to bring an agent-centric security platform to market. As enterprises accelerate AI agent adoption, we are establishing the security framework for how AI agents are secured and governed at enterprise scale.
We deliver full-lifecycle visibility, governance, detection, prevention, and response for AI agents from build time to runtime, across SaaS, home-grown platforms, and end-user devices. Backed by $55M+ in funding, including a $38M Series B with strategic investment from Microsoft's M12, Zenity is trusted by Fortune 500 enterprises globally.
Join us in shaping how AI agents are secured at enterprise scale.
What You'll Do
  • Own Zenity's global analyst relations strategy, aligning analyst engagement with company strategy, product roadmap, corporate milestones, and long-term category leadership.
  • Serve as the primary executive partner for Gartner, Forrester, IDC, GigaOm, Enterprise Strategy Group, and other influential analyst firms and industry advisors.
  • Advise the executive leadership team on analyst strategy, competitive positioning, emerging market trends, and opportunities to influence industry direction.
  • Shape how AI Security is defined by driving adoption of Zenity's vision across analyst research, frameworks, market guides, and category evaluations.
  • Lead executive briefings, inquiries, product launch engagements, and strategic analyst interactions while preparing executives for high-impact conversations.
  • Develop compelling analyst narratives, positioning documents, competitive messaging, roadmap briefings, and market education materials.
  • Translate analyst feedback into actionable recommendations for Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
  • Drive participation across Magic Quadrants, Market Guides, Waves, MarketScapes, Hype Cycles, and other strategic research programs.
  • Build scalable analyst relations processes, measurement frameworks, and executive reporting that demonstrate business impact.
  • Partner closely with Communications, Product Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure one consistent market narrative across analysts, media, customers, and partners.

Requirements
What You've Done:
  • Significant Analyst Relations leadership experience within cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated success building analyst strategies that improved market perception, category positioning, and research inclusion.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate analyst insight into product, messaging, and go-to-market recommendations.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills with a track record of earning credibility across analysts, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with experience building scalable AR operations, reporting, and planning processes.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve research, workflows, competitive intelligence, and analyst program execution.

What We Look For At Zenity
  • Proven ability to build, not just maintain, systems, processes, or relationships
  • Comfort operating in evolving, fast-moving environments where the playbook is still being written
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes, not just activity
  • Experience in high-growth or venture-backed environments

What Success Looks Like
  • Category leadership. Establish Zenity as one of the defining companies shaping the AI Security category through sustained analyst engagement and industry influence.
