About the Role

CallMiner is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Brand & Communications to lead and evolve our global brand presence, corporate communications strategy, and market influence. This role is responsible for shaping how CallMiner is perceived across customers, prospects, analysts, media, employees, and the broader market.

The ideal candidate is a strategic brand and communications leader with 10+ years of experience across high-growth, B2B technology / SaaS organizations, ideally spanning both agency and in-house environments. This person brings deep expertise in public relations, analyst relations, executive thought leadership, brand strategy, and content development, along with a proven ability to align communications initiatives to business growth objectives. A successful candidate will be both a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor, defining vision and influence at the executive level while also driving execution, developing messaging and content, managing key relationships, and leading critical initiatives directly.

This is a highly cross-functional leadership role that partners closely with product marketing, demand generation, sales, customer success, product, executive leadership, and external agencies to drive awareness, market credibility, thought leadership, and pipeline impact.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy

  • Develop and execute an integrated brand strategy aligned to CallMiner’s corporate objectives, positioning, and go-to-market priorities
  • Drive consistent brand messaging and storytelling across all external channels and touchpoints
  • Ensure brand governance and consistency across campaigns, assets, digital experiences, events, and corporate communications
  • Oversee the evolution and application of the CallMiner brand across internal and external initiatives
  • Partner with creative teams and external vendors to deliver impactful and consistent brand experiences

Public Relations & Corporate Communications

  • Lead CallMiner’s public relations strategy and execution
  • Manage external PR agency relationships and performance
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and amplify compelling company, customer, product, and industry stories
  • Oversee development of press releases, corporate announcements, executive communications, blogs, and external messaging
  • Drive executive thought leadership initiatives including bylines, blogs, social media, and interviews
  • Lead strategy for corporate and product award submissions
  • Oversee social media strategy and alignment with broader brand and communications objectives

Analyst Relations

  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product to develop and execute analyst relations strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry analysts across firms including Gartner, Forrester, IDC, DMG, and others
  • Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, and participation in strategic industry reports and evaluations
  • Monitor analyst research, market trends, and competitive positioning to identify opportunities for influence and visibility

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Lead development of an editorial strategy and content roadmap aligned to business priorities and GTM initiatives
  • Oversee creation of high-impact thought leadership and educational content (with the support of an external freelancer) including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and executive content
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts and external contributors to develop compelling content that supports awareness and pipeline generation
  • Ensure content themes and messaging are aligned across marketing channels and programs
  • Collaborate with demand generation and field marketing teams to support integrated campaigns and sponsored content initiatives

Requirements

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, corporate communications, public relations, or related fields within B2B technology / SaaS organizations
  • Experience in both agency and in-house environments strongly preferred
  • Proven success leading integrated brand and communications strategies that drive measurable business impact
  • Strong media relations and analyst relations experience
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, editing, and executive communication skills
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to operate strategically while executing day-to-day activities
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology markets and go-to-market organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field preferred
