Job description

Datadog is seeking an Analyst Relations Manager to help drive Datadog's Analyst Relations efforts across AI and emerging technology markets. In this role, you will drive strategic engagement with industry analysts covering AI, cloud platforms, developer tools, security, infrastructure, and adjacent technologies, ensuring they have a clear understanding of Datadog's platform, innovation, and long-term vision. You will partner closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, and senior leadership to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives that strengthen Datadog's position across the evolving AI ecosystem. This role will help build and scale Datadog's analyst engagement strategy across AI-related markets and support cohesive AI storytelling across the company's broad product portfolio. You will also support executive thought leadership efforts and help shape how Datadog is perceived across the broader AI community. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends strategic thinking with operational excellence and offers strong visibility across senior leadership.

At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

What You'll Do:
  • Help build and scale Datadog's analyst engagement strategy across the evolving AI landscape
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key analysts across firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and AI-focused research communities
  • Partner with Product Management and Product Marketing to craft clear, differentiated narratives aligned to AI market trends and Datadog's strategic direction
  • Drive coordinated analyst engagement efforts that support Datadog's AI narrative across products, platforms, and emerging market categories
  • Partner with senior leadership to strengthen Datadog's visibility, positioning, and credibility across the AI analyst ecosystem
  • Lead preparation and execution of analyst briefings, inquiries, evaluations, and research cycles, ensuring high-quality submissions and consistent messaging
  • Prepare executives and technical leaders for analyst engagements with structured messaging and executive-ready materials
  • Synthesize analyst insights and market intelligence into actionable recommendations for product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market alignment
  • Track and measure analyst engagement outcomes and program impact across AI-related initiatives
Who You Are:
  • 4-6 years of experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, Communications, or a related role within the technology industry
  • Experience supporting analyst engagement programs for enterprise technology, cloud, AI, or developer-focused products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling market narratives
  • Strong executive presence with experience supporting senior leaders in high-visibility external engagements
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Product Marketing, and Communications
  • Strong interest in the evolving AI landscape and how enterprise technology companies position within it

Datadog values people from all walks of life. We know not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you're passionate about technology and want to grow your experience, we encourage you to apply.

Benefits and Growth:
  • Generous and competitive global and US benefits
  • New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan
  • Continuous career development and growth opportunities
  • Product training to deepen understanding of Datadog's platform and ecosystem
  • Internal mentorship and cross-functional learning opportunities
  • Inclusive and collaborative workplace culture
