  • Capture analyst feedback and summarize key takeaways in a clear, concise, and actionable format.
  • Help translate analyst insights into internal readouts for Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and leadership teams.
  • Track themes across analyst conversations, research, and report outcomes to help identify patterns and opportunities.
  • Support internal distribution of approved insights, results, and learnings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Help ensure analyst-related requests are organized, prioritized, and routed appropriately.
  • Support activation of analyst outcomes, such as approved reprints, internal summaries, campaign coordination, and related follow-through.
  • Use AI tools thoughtfully to improve efficiency in research summarization, meeting notes, first-draft development, content organization and other recurring operational tasks
  • Contribute to process improvement by helping standardize templates, trackers, and operating workflows.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, business, public relations, or related fields.
  • 3 -5 years of relevant experience in analyst relations, public relations, product marketing, communications, market research, or a related coordination role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
