Our team thrives on high-visibility results, partnering closely with executive leadership and global customers to shape the market narrative around the future of work. We value a collaborative environment where we learn from one another, deliver excellence, and have fun together.

This position requires a sophisticated blend of strategic storytelling, executive presence, and market intelligence to elevate Workday's influence and deepen our analyst relationships.

About You

Key Responsibilities

1. AR Strategy & Leadership

  • Drive global readiness and stakeholder alignment to ensure execution excellence across the entire AR function.

2. Strategic Engagement & Market Influence

  • Lead strategic briefings, inquiries, and advisory sessions that challenge and shape analyst perspectives.

  • Influence market perception by delivering differentiated narratives centered on Workday's AI strategy, platform innovation, industry capabilities, and partner ecosystem.

  • Maintain the Workday best practices for engagement discipline, including meticulous pre-briefing, fact-checking, and strategic follow-through.

3. Market Intelligence & Actionable Insights

  • Leverage Spotlight Oz to synthesize analyst interactions into actionable intelligence for regional and global leadership.

  • Identify and communicate emerging market trends, competitive threats, and shifts in perception before they impact the business.

  • Translate analyst feedback into clear action plans, competitive positioning strategies, and product roadmap insights.

4. Coaching & Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Workday product and marketing leaders, providing expert guidance on market sentiment.

  • Prepare and coach senior spokespeople for high-profile analyst engagements and marquee industry events, ensuring they are equipped to deliver compelling, vision-led stories.

Basic Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex AI and platform technicalities into compelling, vision-led narratives.

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
