INPUT is a global communications agency specializing in crypto, fintech and emerging technology. We partner with some of the industry's most innovative companies, helping them build credibility, secure top-tier media coverage and grow their global presence.


We're looking for a US-based PR Manager to lead client accounts across crypto, fintech and emerging technology. This is a client-facing role suited to someone who is confident managing relationships with founders and senior stakeholders, while driving strategic communications campaigns and securing meaningful media coverage.


You'll own a portfolio of approximately 4-5 clients, acting as their trusted PR partner while working closely with our internal team to deliver outstanding results.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 4-5 client accounts, serving as the primary day-to-day contact.
  • Build trusted relationships with founders, executives and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns aligned with client business objectives.
  • Lead client calls, present campaign updates and provide strategic communications counsel.
  • Build, maintain and leverage relationships with US business, finance, technology and crypto journalists.
  • Identify proactive media opportunities, newsjacking moments and thought leadership angles.
  • Write compelling pitches, press releases, media alerts and briefing materials.
  • Secure interviews, features, contributed articles and top-tier media coverage.
  • Collaborate with internal content, social media and marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, media coverage and industry trends, providing clients with strategic recommendations and reporting.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of public relations experience, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience working directly with founders, executives or senior stakeholders.
  • Strong relationships with US journalists across business, finance, technology and crypto media.
  • Demonstrated success securing coverage in top-tier publications.
  • Experience working with crypto, fintech or emerging technology clients.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project and account management skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely within an international team.
  • A proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for building long-term client and media relationships.


Nice to Have

  • Existing relationships with reporters across outlets such as Bloomberg, CNBC, Forbes, Fortune, TechCrunch, CoinDesk, Cointelegraph, The Block, WSJ, etc.
  • Experience leading executive profiling and thought leadership campaigns.
