Senior Manager - Public Relations & Communications

LDV Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Senior Manager, Public Relations & Communications to lead and execute strategic communications initiatives across its portfolio of awardโ€‘winning restaurants, hotels, nightlife venues, and lifestyle brands. This role will be responsible for driving media relations, brand storytelling, executive visibility, influencer engagement, and communications strategies that strengthen LDV Hospitality's reputation and support business growth. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong media relationships, hospitality experience, and a passion for luxury lifestyle, food, beverage, travel, and culture.

Key Responsibilities Public Relations Strategy
  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR and communications plans for LDV Hospitality brands, properties, openings, partnerships, and special events.
  • Create strategic communications calendars aligned with marketing, operations, and business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate brand visibility through earned media, thought leadership, partnerships, and cultural moments.
Media Relations
  • Build and maintain relationships with national, regional, local, hospitality, lifestyle, travel, food, and business media.
  • Pitch and secure media coverage across print, digital, broadcast, podcast, and social channels.
  • Coordinate press visits, media dinners, interviews, and press previews.
  • Manage media inquiries and act as a primary communications contact for assigned properties and initiatives.
Communications & Content Development
  • Draft and edit press releases, media alerts, executive talking points, award submissions, speeches, and brand messaging materials.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all communications channels.
  • Develop compelling narratives around restaurant openings, chef partnerships, seasonal campaigns, culinary programming, and brand milestones.
Influencer & Partnership Communications.
  • Lead influencer outreach strategies and maintain relationships with key creators, tastemakers, and industry partners.
  • Support brand collaborations, sponsorships, and experiential activations from a communications perspective.
  • Coordinate influencer hosting programs and track earned media value and performance.
Executive & Corporate Communications
  • Support executive visibility opportunities including speaking engagements, interviews, industry awards, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Develop communications materials for leadership and company announcements.
  • Assist with crisis communications planning and reputation management efforts.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitive activity.
  • Track and report on PR performance metrics including impressions, placements, share of voice, sentiment, and earned media value.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly reporting to leadership teams with strategic recommendations.
Crossโ€‘Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Social Media, Events, Culinary, Operations, and Business Development teams.
  • Support grand openings, launches, partnerships, and special events through integrated communications planning.
  • Manage external PR agencies and freelance partners when applicable.
Qualifications Required Experience
  • 5โ€“8 years of public relations, communications, or integrated marketing experience.
  • Experience in hospitality, luxury lifestyle, restaurants, hotels, food & beverage, travel, or entertainment industries.
  • Proven track record securing topโ€‘tier media coverage and managing successful PR campaigns.
  • Strong network of media, influencer, and industry contacts.
Skills
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong storytelling and strategic communications abilities.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastโ€‘paced environment.
  • Experience with media monitoring and reporting platforms.

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
