Job description

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Support Specialist – Client Services within our Corpay Lodging division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will ensure the integrity of customer and account data, acting as a key link between client services teams and data systems. You will report directly to Client Service Manager and regularly collaborate with the department.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Managing data entry, updates, and maintenance of customer information within CRM systems, SharePoint, and Excel to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Supporting client needs by collaborating with account managers and project managers on requests, updates, hotel sourcing, and data inquiries.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas) to generate reports and data summaries for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintaining organized, secure, and accurate digital documentation and records.
  • Performing additional assigned duties as directed by management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in data entry, client services, or sales support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formatting, filtering, formulas).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data discrepancies.
