Job Description:

Immigration Law Firm in Owings Mills, MD seeks a professional Client Service Representative who must have a customer service background. Comprehensive training will be provided for this fast paced, challenging and rewarding position.

Client Service duties include, but are not limited to, greeting clients, handling incoming calls in a timely and professional manner, scheduling consultations, quoting legal fees, online chat, responding to client communication, data entry, processing mail, handling checks, assisting with legal agreements and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of how the firm operates.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

A minimum of 2 years customer service experience, preferably in an office setting.

Attention to detail, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills, and a teamwork mentality.

Retail, serving, and/or call center experience a plus!

Additional Information:

  • This position requires availability Monday through Friday during normal business hours
  • Extended hours rotation, as needed.
  • Requires federal and state background investigation

Pay Range: $19 - $20 per hour
