Morgan Hunter is partnering with a growing apparel company to add a Customer Service Representative to their team. This role will support multiple customer accounts while working closely with warehouse, delivery, and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support. This position is ideal for an organized, proactive individual with strong communication skills and a talent for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Generate and print price tickets and barcode labels
  • Initiate return merchandise call tags and process customer credits
