Coastal Engineering is a specialized marine construction firm delivering complex, high-quality waterfront and underwater infrastructure projects along the East Coast. Our capabilities include piers, bulkheads, dams, bridges, dredging, and other critical marine structures. The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a regional engineering division, including revenue, staffing, and operations.


  • Oversee regional engineering operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and project requirements
  • Manage project backlog, staffing plans, and resource allocation to support operational efficiency and growth
  • Drive financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and cost control across engineering projects
  • Lead major engineering and marine projects, providing oversight and strategic direction
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a senior point of contact
  • Coordinate with the Vice President on regional strategy, business development, and operational planning
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to delivery standards across all engineering work 

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (PE required).
  • 10-15 years' experience in engineering leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and revenue.
  • Strong business and operational acumen.
