Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually

Position Summary

This position is responsible for full payroll processing, supporting payroll processing, incentive compensation, benefit and retirement uploads, expense administration, employee data updates, timecard follow-up, and related reporting processes. The role requires strong attention to detail, timely processing of recurring uploads and reports, and effective coordination with internal departments to ensure accurate employee, payroll, benefit, and administrative records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll and related payroll remittance activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required payroll cycles.
  • Process and upload payroll-related items, including warehouse incentives, salary increases, and end of year bonuses.
  • Complete benefit and retirement-related uploads.
  • Administer and maintain expense-related processes, including uploads, personal auto records, and mileage information.
  • Complete vacation resets and maintain accurate employee time-off related updates.
  • Send timecard reminder communications and follow up as needed to support timely payroll processing.
  • Distribute paper checks and support related employee payroll communication.
  • Respond to field team member questions related to payroll, timecards, uploads, and administrative processes.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports to designated Managers.
  • Monitor and process California penalty items related to meal punches, ensuring timely review and follow-up.
  • Support new hire processing by coordinating required updates, uploads, and administrative setup activities.
  • Serve as administrator of security badges.
  • Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and completeness of employee, payroll, incentive, benefit, expense, and reporting information.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve questions, confirm data, and support recurring administrative deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with payroll, employee, incentive, expense, and reporting data.
  • Ability to meet recurring deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with administrative systems, upload processes, reporting tools, or payroll/expense platforms preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee and compensation-related information.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills for working with cross-functional business partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and general Microsoft Office applications preferred.

This role works closely with payroll, human resources, finance, field operations, warehouse leadership, and other internal departments to ensure payroll updates, incentive payments, expense administration, employee changes, and reporting activities are completed accurately and on time.
