Human Resources Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our company's growth by supporting various HR functions and ensuring a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and other databases
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
  • Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries
  • Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws

  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed
