Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our operations at our Louisville, United States location (2400 Brownsboro Rd). In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the facility's operations, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a high-performing organizational culture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional decision-making abilities, strong financial acumen, and the capacity to motivate and develop a diverse team toward achieving organizational objectives.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and drive business growth and profitability
  • Oversee all operational functions, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead, mentor, and develop management and staff teams, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Manage P&L responsibilities, analyze financial performance, and implement cost-control measures while maintaining service quality
  • Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards across all departments
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data-driven insights to make informed business decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and community partners
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and organizational transformation
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support employee development and career progression
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies
