Job description

Acxiom is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Agency Partnerships - Health professional to support the success and execution of key agency relationships within Acxiom Health. This role focuses on client services, account support, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring seamless delivery of health audience solutions from intake through activation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career candidate (1-3 years of experience) who is interested in building expertise in data-driven marketing within the healthcare space. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn about health data, audience strategy, and the operational workflows that power campaign execution.

*Preferred Hybrid 3 days/week in New York City metro office.

What You Will Do:

Client Services & Account Support

  • Support day-to-day management of agency relationships, ensuring strong communication and alignment on deliverables
  • Partner with Agency leads to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and responsiveness
  • Assist in onboarding new agency partners and supporting ongoing engagement needs
  • Act as a liaison between agency teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution

Audience Operations & Request Management

  • Manage and track incoming audience requests, including new builds and model rebuilds
  • Maintain internal trackers to ensure visibility into request status, timelines, and delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and completion of audience builds
  • Communicate updates and status back to relevant stakeholders

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Product, Data, and Operations teams to support audience build timelines and delivery
  • Help facilitate internal meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-ups are completed
  • Support alignment across teams to ensure campaigns are activated accurately and efficiently

Quality Assurance & Reporting Support

  • Perform quality checks on audience delivery and syndication to ensure accuracy
  • Support revenue tracking and reporting processes using internal tools
  • Assist in maintaining documentation and ensuring data integrity across systems
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

What You Will Have:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • This position is not eligible for any sort of sponsorshop
  • 1-3 years of experience in client services, account management, project coordination, or related roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process execution
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Must be based in the NYC metro area and able to work onsite at least 3 days per week
