Job description

Development (Fund Development) Manager
The Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing a regional advancement program that grows donor engagement and financial support through strategic annual giving, grant research and writing, and targeted communication efforts. This role analyzes giving trends, cultivates relationships, and collaborates across teams to expand the donor base and advance funding opportunities in support of the organization's mission.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Required Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Required Experience: 5 years' related experience in development, fundraising, and/or sales.
Preferred Experience: Nonprofit sector; multi-facility healthcare or social service environment.
