Job description

Family Village, a program of the Foundation for Delaware County, is seeking a mission-driven and entrepreneurial Director of Development to build and lead a multifaceted individual giving program in collaboration with a dynamic team of professionals. This is a relationship-focused, revenue-generating role at an exciting moment of growth for the organization and a rare opportunity to design and own a program that compliments the thriving revenue streams of these well-established and highly-regarded programs.

The Director of Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and growing Family Village'scomprehensive individual giving program while supporting the organization's overall fundraisingstrategy. Reporting to the Vice President, Strategy and Development, this position leads donorcultivation, annual giving initiatives, donor stewardship, development operations, and supportscorporate and private foundation fundraising.

This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial fundraising professional to build a sustainableindividual giving program that strengthens Family Village's long-term financial sustainability whileadvancing programs that improve the lives of children and families throughout Delaware County.
