Email Managers often need to collaborate with marketing, sales, design, and IT teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly. Coordinating input, assets, and approvals from various stakeholders can be challenging, especially when timelines are tight or priorities differ. Clear communication, project management tools, and well-defined processes are essential to keep everyone aligned and campaigns on schedule.
