About the Role
3Thirty3 is looking for a friendly, well-spoken, and highly motivated individual to join our team as our new Front Desk & Customer Service Specialist. This is a multi-faceted role that serves as the face and voice of 3Thirty3. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to every customer who walks through our doors, calls our office, or reaches out via email.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and takes pride in delivering a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, handle phone inquiries professionally, and respond to emails promptly and politely.
Order Management & Quoting: Create accurate and professional quotes for customers using our internal systems.
Production Support: Assist with light production tasks, including pressing t-shirts and preparing orders for pickup/shipping.
Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, manage incoming deliveries, and handle basic administrative tasks.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between customers and our production team.

Well-Spoken & Professional: You communicate clearly and professionally, whether in person, on the phone, or via email.

Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service, retail, or administrative roles.
Experience with email management and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to learn new software and internal processes quickly.
Comfortable working in a production environment (handling apparel).
Previous experience with quoting or order entry is a plus.
