Job description

We're looking for an experienced DTC Email & SMS Marketing Manager to own our entire retention marketing program from strategy through execution.
This isn't a simple newsletter role. You'll be responsible for building and optimizing every part of our email and SMS lifecycle marketing—from customer acquisition to retention, winback, and long-term LTV growth.
You'll work closely with our creative, growth, and ecommerce teams to develop high-converting campaigns, automated flows, and SMS strategies that drive revenue every day.

Responsibilities
• Own the entire email and SMS marketing channels
• Build, launch, and optimize Klaviyo email and SMS flows from scratch
• Create and manage daily/weekly promotional email and SMS campaigns
• Develop lifecycle marketing strategies for customer acquisition and retention

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing email and SMS marketing for DTC ecommerce brands
  • Expert knowledge of Klaviyo
  • Strong experience with Shopify
