Job Description The Email Developer/Digital Designer will develop and execute a range of email campaigns-including promotional, triggered and transactional-using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Movable Ink, and other automation tools. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams including Email Marketing, Member Marketing, Loyalty, CRM, and the Digital Design team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-sufficient and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Build email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Movable Ink and related tools Edit and troubleshoot design/code during the proofing process across all platforms (Figma, Salesforce, Movable Ink) Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and style conventions Partner with Email Marketing to understand deployment schedules Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and maintain high-quality output Stay current on email best practices, ESP capabilities and emerging technologies Provide creative and innovative solutions to improve campaign performance Participate in ongoing process improvements and adapt to evolving business needs JOB REQUIREMENTS 3-5 years' experience in digital design and email development Bachelor's degree in Design, Media Arts or a related field Strong portfolio showcasing digital/email design work Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar ESP), Movable Ink Familiarity with data integrations and APIs Experience with triggered, transactional and journey-based emails Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver (or other coding tools), CMS platforms, and project tools like Monday.com Strong knowledge of AMPscript, HTML/CSS and JavaScript Detail-oriented, efficient and creatively driven problem-solver
