We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Email Designer to join our growing 1r creative team. This role is ideal for someone who understands both strong visual design and performance-driven marketing, with the ability to create engaging, conversion-focused email experiences for eCommerce brands. We’re looking for someone excited to grow alongside us, contribute strategically, and become a long-term creative partner within the agency. As an Email Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, and developers to design visually compelling and mobile optimized email campaigns that align with brand standards and business goals. You should have a strong understanding of email best practices, visual hierarchy, responsive design, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-performing email campaigns, flows, and templates or retention and lifecycle initaitives

  • Create responsive, mobile-first email designs in Figma

  • Build and manage email campaigns within marketing platforms like Klaviyo

  • Design and optimize:

    • Promotional campaigns

    • Welcome series

    • Abandoned cart flows
