IntePros is recruiting for an Email Marketing Specialist to support a fast-paced marketing team with the planning, execution, testing, and optimization of email marketing campaigns.

We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing email campaigns from setup through deployment while partnering with marketing and creative teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set up, schedule, and support email marketing campaigns

• Review campaign requests and ensure all required information is complete

• Proofread email copy and review creative for accuracy and brand consistency

• Initiate and review test emails, including formatting and link validation

• Coordinate campaign edits, approvals, and revisions with marketing and creative teams

• Maintain campaign schedules and help ensure on-time deployment

• Help troubleshoot email automations and scheduled campaigns

• Support campaign reporting, performance tracking, insights, and optimization initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of email marketing or related experience

• Experience with email marketing project/campaign management

• Strong reporting and analytical skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong writing and proofreading skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline

Nice to Have:

• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
