IntePros is recruiting for an Email Marketing Specialist to support a fast-paced marketing team with the planning, execution, testing, and optimization of email marketing campaigns.

Weโ€™re looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing email campaigns from setup through deployment while partnering with marketing and creative teams.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing:

โ€ข Set up, schedule, and support email marketing campaigns

โ€ข Review campaign requests and ensure all required information is complete

โ€ข Proofread email copy and review creative for accuracy and brand consistency

โ€ข Initiate and review test emails, including formatting and link validation

โ€ข Coordinate campaign edits, approvals, and revisions with marketing and creative teams

โ€ข Maintain campaign schedules and help ensure on-time deployment

โ€ข Help troubleshoot email automations and scheduled campaigns

โ€ข Support campaign reporting, performance tracking, insights, and optimization initiatives

What Weโ€™re Looking For:
