As our Email Marketing Specialist, you\'ll write and send campaigns that keep our audience engaged, informed, and clicking through to the earning opportunities they actually care about. No degree needed — just a knack for writing emails people open, and the discipline to track what works.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Write and deploy email campaigns and automated sequences for NoGigiddy\'s subscriber list
Segment audiences based on behavior, preferences, and engagement history
A/B test subject lines, send times, and CTAs to improve open and click rates
Build and maintain automated flows — welcome sequences, re-engagement, offer alerts
Monitor deliverability, unsubscribe rates, and list health
Coordinate with the content team to align email with broader campaigns
Report on campaign performance and iterate based on data
