Looking for someone with at least 3 yearsโ€™ experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create dynamic, responsive, and personalised email and push notification campaigns. The ideal candidate has strong skills in HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SQL, plus experience with Journey Builder, A/B Testing and tools like Litmus and Movable Ink.

Key Responsibilities:

Execution & Development

  • Advanced knowledge of email HTML, CSS, SQL Queries, AMPScripting and usage of QA tools such as Litmus
  • Build, code, and schedule emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), ensuring accuracy in segmentation, personalization, and A/B test setup.
  • Configure and maintain dynamic content through data extensions, lists, and segmentation logic to deliver localized, personalized experiences.
  • Create and enhance Journey Builder workflows for both email and push campaigns, ensuring they follow best practices and business logic.
  • Ensure all emails meet accessibility standards, render correctly across devices, and adhere to brand guidelines.

Project Management

  • Understand campaign requirements and develop segmentation rules as needed to build ad hoc promotional emails and email automations
  • Leverage Einstein (AI) features within SFMC to optimize sends, analyze performance, and inform nextโ€‘step recommendations.
  • Perform thorough QA, link testing, device rendering checks, and troubleshoot code issues across desktop and mobile clients.
  • Manage several email and Push campaigns simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met

Partnering

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Production and CRM teams and external vendors such as Movable Ink
  • Communicate technical constraints and opportunities to nonโ€‘technical stakeholders in a clear and accessible way.
  • Provide support, knowledge sharing, and troubleshooting to fellow developers and production partners.
